At Mareea Muse we want all our customers to be happy with their orders. As we are only selling earrings at the moment, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on these types of pieces.

• Addresses that are entered incorrectly, please ensure you check all information at checkout
• Customs clearance charges that may incur
• Damage that has occurred due to personal wear and tear, discolouration due to mishandling or not caring for your pieces as per our Care Guide
